Reminder: Bike Safety Classes in Reston

Registration will open for non-Reston residents this week for the Reston Community Center’s bicycle workshops and classes scheduled for later this summer. The Confident Cycling Class will offer three 3-hour sessions to help riders improve their skills for controlling their bike, avoiding crashes, and getting out of dangerous situations. There also will be a Learn to Bike class for children (6-14 years old) and one for adults (15 years and older). The costs of the workshops and classes vary, but these are great investments for new riders and aspiring commuters. You can register for the classes at the RCC website and find more information about the courses at this earlier FABB Blog post
