From Fairfax County:
The Vienna Metrorail Bicycle Access Study will look at ways to improve bicycle access to the Vienna Metrorail Station on Nutley Street, Virginia Center Boulevard, County Creek Road and Sutton Road.

Community Meeting Scheduled for March 2, 2016

A kick-off meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 6 – 8 p.m., at Oakton High School cafeteria (2900 Sutton Road, Vienna, Va., 22181) to introduce the public to the project. The meeting will consist of a presentation and a breakout session to gather feedback on existing conditions, areas of concern, ideas for improvements and overall goals for bicycling in this area.
Now that VDOT is planning to build the I-66 Parallel Trail, access from that trail to the Vienna Metro station is critical. According to WMATA's 2013 bike parking census, the Vienna station is the third most popular station for bikes parked.
