Three feet passing bill to be filed again
Virginia Bicycling Federation (VBF) announced today that Senator Ryan McDougle will sponsor a "three feet to pass" bill that would require motorists to allow three feet when passing cyclists. The bill was filed last year but did not pass. See previous VBF blog posts about last year's session. VBF does a great job of tracking legislation during the short Virginia session, and we'll pass on that info here as the Senate and House bills work their way through the system.Labels: three feet to pass
