Wakefield bike/ped bridge closed again this week

We just received this notice from Fairfax County:
I-495 HOT Lanes Project—The Wakefield Park pedestrian bridge will close Tuesday – Friday of this week to allow construction personnel to place the bridge on permanent risers (bridge is now about 3 feet taller) and to reconnect the access ramps on the outer loop side. Signs have been posted announcing the closure.
Apparently the bridge is closed today; we should have been notified of the closing sooner than today. We've also asked that signs be posted leading up to the bridge, not just at the bridge itself, in Spanish and English. See earlier reports on the Wakefield bridge project.

believe it or not this bridge was finally completed on monday 06/13
